Each grief experience is unique and so is each of my accompaniments.

Give yourself the time, and I will give you the space and different tools to access your inner resources and wisdom.

Ways you can support yourself in times of grief.

The creative heart dimensions

While your heart is overturned by life’s events, creativity is an unlimited resource that can enable you to express yourself without holding back.

All the different mediums are at the service of what lives inside you. Expressing yourself without judgment or editing is freeing and vital in times of grief.

You can open your curiosity and let yourself explore what comes up for you.

The intelligent body dimensions

Your body is your ally. Naturally, the pain of grief is also felt within the body. Since our body is endowed with an inherent intelligence you can confidently let yourself be guided by being attentive to its messages.

Your body wants to move and circulate the energy it is holding. With the assistance of the internet, or with your own music, gentle movements at your own pace will help you move energy within your body. Walks in nature, in a park, by the ocean or water source are calming for the nervous system.

The inspiring mind dimensions

From times long ago, throughout all cultures worldwide, human beings express their times of joy and sorrow supported by the power of rituals. The potential of a newfound relationship, the endings of others, birth, death, and all in between, humans celebrate important transitions with rituals, by themselves or gathered with their family and community.

In all simplicity, creativity, humility and integrity, you can create daily rituals to help ground and center yourself.
